As responsible for Audience and Participation I created an audience strategy which goal was to increase the visitors number and the engagement between the institution and the visitors. It focuses on interpretation material for exhibitions, a plan for actions and beneficial collaborations. The strategy entails target group analysis based on qualitative research (interviews) and quantitative research based on reports from the Danish Agency for Culture (Kulturstyrelsen), SWOT analysis and Touch Point analyses (Service Design). Along with the Audience Strategy I also created a Social Media strategy.
